Prepare Yourself Mentally for Practice
Mental preparation is just as important as physical preparation. You may feel intimidated when you see people doing really complex routines. However, it is important to talk positively to yourself. Remind yourself that you can do it.
Eat a Healthy Diet
A healthy diet will provide you with the vitamins, macronutrients and minerals that you need to sustain your workout. You should eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean protein. Try to cut the junk food out of your diet. Not only is it unhealthy but it lacks the essential nutrients that you need.
You will also need to drink plenty of water. The water will keep your skin and muscles hydrated. You likely need nine to 13 cups per day.
